Tampa, FL – Mayor Eduardo Oslo Carbonell of Barranquilla, Colombia, arrived in Tampa this week as part of an official visit organized by the Tampa Junior Chamber of Commerce (Jaycees). During his stay, Mayor Carbonell is engaging with local leaders, observing Tampa’s renowned Gasparilla Festival, and strengthening ties between the Sister Cities of Tampa and Barranquilla.

The Jaycees hosted a special breakfast in honor of Mayor Carbonell, where he was celebrated for his leadership and ongoing commitment to fostering relationships between the two cities. In recognition of his contributions, the Tampa Jaycees named Mayor Carbonell an honorary member of their organization.
