Tampa Bay Times – Sister city pact links Tampa, Le Havre in France

Tampa Mayor Sandy Freedman and Andre Duromea, mayor of Le Havre, France, have signed an agreement formalizing the sister city relationship between the two cities.

Also attending the ceremony at Le Havre’s town hall was a delegation from Tampa that included members of the Sister Cities Committee and other local officials.

This week, members of the committee and their counterparts in Le Havre are discussing ways to have more contact between the cities.
