An Evening Celebrating Tampa & Le Havre

Jean-Charles Faust, Chair of the Tampa–Le Havre Committee, together with the Board of Directors of Tampa Sister Cities International, cordially invites you to an evening at the Tampa Bay History Center celebrating the enduring cultural connections between Tampa and our Sister City, Le Havre, France.

We are delighted to welcome Audrey Chapuis, President and CEO, international library and cultural heritage leader, and former Executive Director of the American Library in Paris.

Parking Options

The Garrison Surface Lot is available just to the west of Sparkman Wharf on the corner of Channelside Drive and Garrison Street. Parking is $2.00 per hour or $15.00 per day.Rates increase during special events. Reserve space upon arrival at a self-pay station. Payment is accepted using cash or card.

The Channelside Parking Garage, located at 801 Channelside Drive, is directly across from the Sparkman Wharf shopping and entertainment complex and a short walk from the History Center. The fee for the Channelside garage is $1.00 per 1⁄2 hour ($15 max). When entering the garage, you will be given a token that is then inserted into a self-pay machine when returning to your car. Payment is accepted using cash or card.

The Pam Iorio Parking Garage is adjacent to the Embassy Suites Hotel at 301 Channelside Drive, the JW Marriot Hotel at 510 Water Street, and just half a block north of the Marriott Water Street. This city-owned garage is a short walk from the History Center. The rate is usually $1.60/hr or $9.50 max but is subject to increase during special events. Payment is accepted using cash or card.
