Tampa Sister Cities Committee, Inc
Connecting Cultures, Building Friendships
Tampa Sister Cities is a nonprofit initiative that fosters international goodwill, understanding, and collaboration through long-term partnerships between the City of Tampa and cities around the world. Our mission is to build bridges between communities through cultural, educational, and economic exchange.
With deep roots in the Tampa Bay community, our program began in the 1950s with a vision to promote peace and mutual respect through citizen diplomacy. Over the decades, we have facilitated exchanges that have included student programs, mayoral visits, business delegations, artistic collaborations, and cultural festivals.
Tampa Sister Cities International is part of a global network dedicated to fostering international understanding, cultural enrichment, and economic development through long-term partnerships between Tampa and cities around the world. These relationships are built through exchanges in areas such as education, culture, business, and government.
